- Q:What are your business hours? How long i can get a quote from your sales ?

  A: We are in our office every Monday through Saturday 9am-6pm. Any inquiry will be response whitin 12 hours by email.

- Q: I have need with specail requirements of size or wattage of the products, can you custom made for me?

A: Yes, we provide customized service for our customers. You are always welcomed to discuss your special requirements with us, our team will work out the best solution according to your unique demand.

- Q: How to pay?

  A: At present, we accept payment by T/T bank transfer, Western Union, Cash.

- Q: Can I change the materials for different price budget?

   A: Yes, as you may know, cost of LED products is very flexible, we can change different brand of LEDs, Drivers, housings to meet different price budget. And we will always try our best to provide the best possible quality with any price.

- Q: How fast can GZY lighting deliver my order?

  A: Sample order typically deliver in 3 to 5working days, and bulk order shipping within 7-10 working days. For more immediate delivery needs, please contact sales Manager to confirm product availability and shipping method options.

- Q: What's the warranty of your products? How you deal with the broken or defective goods we have?

  A: All of our products have 3-5 Years warranty according to different customers' requirements. We will send the free replacements with freight cost in first year, and send the free replacement or parts without freight cost for left warranty period.
